A striking private residence on Mexico’s Pacific coast overlooks a large bay surrounded by the Sierra Madre del Sur mountains. The home’s warm yet modern, minimalist architecture blends neatly with the surrounding countryside.

Furnished with a composition of the Cestone sofa, upholstered in an elegant ecru color fabric offset by light blue cushions, the spacious, light-filled living room offers an incomparable view of the bay. Chosen to complement the sofa are Crono armchairs, Giano coffee tables and ottoman, Brig coffee/side tables and Cestone side table, all by Antonio Citterio.

An adjacent living space is furnished with the Isabel sofa, its elegant shell upholstered in dark brown cowhide, that pairs nicely with the Happy-Hour armchairs, Brig ottoman and coffee table, and Jiff side table in natural Canaletto walnut.

Another area in the same home is furnished with a large composition of the Groundpiece sofa, dressed in soft shades of cream and paired with a Luce swivel armchair, Fly coffee table and Groundpiece ottoman; the businesslike Infinity bookcase completes the decor.

The guest room is furnished with two Eden beds, whose sleek design is enhanced by an opulent choice of materials. With its dramatic headboard, the Eden Plus bed sets the scene in the master bedroom. A Lifesteel chaise longue placed next to the large window offers a moment of pure relaxation.
