Elegant private villa on the Estepona coast.
Designed by Manuel Ruiz Frías architecture studio, this exquisite seafront villa delivers an original, sophisticated interpretation of contemporary luxury.
Curated by the interior designer Jana Novakova, from AALTO Exclusive Design studio, the interiors express an aesthetic defined by clean lines, natural light and a seamless flow between spaces. Extensive bespoke furnishings enhance the architectural concept, improving functionality of spaces while premium finishes add texture, warmth and a sense of discreet luxury to every room. Floor-to-ceiling windows surround the entire perimeter of the villa, dissolving the boundaries between indoors and out and creating open, welcoming spaces that are reflected in the sea on the horizon.
For this project, a wide selection of pieces from the Flexform Outdoor collection was chosen to furnish all the outdoor areas, beginning with the vast garden and its sunken swimming pool, around which Freeport daybeds are arranged. A more intimate, sheltered outdoor terrace features Eddy sofas, distinguished by their signature woven polypropylene cord in soft green, paired with an elegant Alison Outdoor armchair. On the opposite side, Echoes Outdoor dining chairs surround a custom table with wood top. Fly Outdoor side tables complete this first outdoor setting, adding further refinement and visual coherence to the space.
On the first floor, the two bedrooms enjoy private access to generous balconies, also furnished with Eddy loveseats, Alison Outdoor armchairs, and Fly Outdoor side tables, reflecting the designer’s intention to create a sense of harmonious continuity throughout the home.
The top floor is dedicated to a spacious terrace overlooking the coastline and the open sea. Here, the Zefiro table with stone top and Ottavia dining chairs compose an inviting area for gathering and shared moments. The setting is completed by a refined Freeport sofa in light colors and two Atlante daybeds.
