Architectural studio Ena Pros Ekato – Constantinos Constanti designed this elegant private residence in Nicosia. Floor-to-ceiling glazing in the two-story home creates seamless continuity between the ground-floor living areas and the outdoor spaces, which include a generously proportioned sunken swimming pool and a large garden.
The upper floor contains the sleeping quarters, with a sequence of master and guest bedrooms.
The interior design, curated by Annita Papamichael Interior Design Studio, features a selection of Flexform furnishings for both the living area and the outdoor spaces. Visually deep and inviting, the Groundpiece sectional sofa, with its distinctive low-slung structure, takes center stage in the living room. Upholstered in shades of grey, Groundpiece enters into easy dialogue with the Vulcano sofas, characterized by their metal and woven-fiber structure and positioned to face the pool.
Completing the outdoor setting are two Vulcano daybeds paired with a Tindari Outdoor side table with metal structure and stone top.
