SPAIN, VILLA AT CALA LLAMP
Backed against the Tramuntana heights and with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea, this splendid recently constructed villa is perfectly integrated into the stark landscape of the Cala Llamp coastline.
Designed by renowned Estudio Olarq, led by architect Osvaldo Luppi, the intricate vertical project is built into a rock wall. The home’s 900 square meters are distributed across six floors (connected by an indoor elevator) and a series of terraced patios suspended over the Mediterranean Sea.
The Terraza Balear team was thrilled at the prospect of furnishing the indoor and outdoor spaces in a style befitting the project and the striking panoramic views of this part of the coast.
A large living space located on the main floor embodies the theme of casual, understated elegance. Facing the fireplace is an impressive corner composition of the Cestone sofa, designed by Antonio Citterio, that features backrests in woven cowhide suede. Hera armchairs and Fly coffee and side tables complete the room’s decor – a pairing also replicated in the bedroom.
