Salone del Mobile Milano.Shanghai 2019

The 4th edition of the Salone del Mobile.Milano Shanghai, an exhibition that in just a short time has become an essential resource for the Chinese design community and for the increasingly large community of Made in Italy design connoisseurs, closed its doors on Friday, November 22nd.

The Flexform space was designed to pay tribute to the breadth and versatility of the Flexform indoor and outdoor collections.
As visitors entered, they were welcomed by a lounge area furnished with the Sveva settee, armchairs and coffee table, all designed by Carlo Colombo.
Next was a living space featuring the Romeo seating system, designed by Antonio Citterio, paired with Ortigia armchairs and Fly, Zefiro and Oliver coffee and side tables.
The restrained elegance, warm coziness and unequalled comfort that distinguish the indoor collection carried through seamlessly to the adjacent space introducing the Outdoor Collection, making its China debut after a highly acclaimed launch at the Salone del Mobile di Milano in April. 
Lush greenery defined the transition to the captivating outdoor area, which was furnished with a Vulcano sofa, designed by Antonio Citterio, paired with Ortigia Outdoor and Alison Outdoor armchairs and complemented by an elegant selection of accessories.
Visitors next found themselves in an elegant dining room featuring a Zefiro table surrounded by Isabel chairs and flanked by a Jeremy sideboard.
This year, a significant portion of the exhibit space was dedicated to showcasing the Flexform Mood collection which, thanks to its sophisticated decor appeal, proved to be very popular with the Chinese audience. Distinctive piping outlines the generous silhouette of the Armand sofa, whose commanding presence was matched with purple-velvet-upholstered Ermione armchairs, several Jacques, Riviera and Arthur coffee/side tables and a Carmen ottoman. 
With its participation in the Salone del Mobile.Milano Shanghai 2019, Flexform pursues a plan to strengthen and further develop its presence in this rapidly growing market where the company currently has eight flagship stores in major cities.
