PALAZZO BOZZI CORSO & SPA BY LA FIERMONTINA URBAN RESORT

Built in 1775, just steps from the Basilica di Santa Croce in Lecce, the building’s interior has recently been restored and converted to a charmingly luxurious hotel.

From the main entry, visitors are welcomed by elements that embody the history of the Palazzo. Ancient ceilings and restored stuccos contrast amicably with furniture by prominent contemporary designers.

The elegant yet inviting reading rooms were furnished with Guscio sofas, Luce armchairs and Fly coffee/side tables, all products designed by architect Antonio Citterio. Dragonfly settees designed by Roberto Lazzeroni round out the decor in several rooms.

The Palazzo has ten elegant suites, each furnished in a different style and complemented by celebrated works of art that lend a distinct touch of character.

In the re-named Blue Room suite, a magnificent 62-square-meter oasis, the large master bedroom is furnished with the Eden bed, upholstered in sand color suede, which contrasts beautifully with the bright blue walls. The art in the Jacques Zwobada suite lends a tone of timeless sophistication in which the boldly beautiful Icaro bed, upholstered entirely in midnight blue leather, is paired with a small writing desk and a Feel Good armchair.
