Singapore, “Abito” exhibition
October 3–17, 2026: a story of Italian design on display at the National Gallery Singapore
Following its debut at the Salone del Mobile.Milano in April, the ABITO exhibition has arrived at the National Gallery Singapore.
Conceived by Italy's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and curated by Palomba Serafini Associati, the exhibition explores the interplay between fashion and design – two seemingly distinct yet entirely complementary disciplines that lend expression to evolving lifestyles. The exhibition takes visitors on a journey through time, bringing archival garments into dialogue with iconic examples of Italian design.
Representing the Flexform collection are the A.B.C. armchair and Ginger chaise longue, both designed by Antonio Citterio.
The ABITO exhibition runs through October 17.
