Monica Armani

Monica Armani, architect and designer, was born in Trento, Italy and has developed her design language through an ongoing dialogue between memory and innovation.

Daughter of Marcello Armani – one of the leading figures of Italian Rationalism since the 1960s – she inherited from him a disciplined creative approach rooted in the pursuit of balance between beauty and function.

Today Monica continues this exploration, reinterpreting archetypal forms to shape the design language of the future.

Alongside her is Luca Dallabetta, her partner in life and work and manager of the studio. Together they have developed a design methodology that merges rational thinking with intuition, experimentation with rigor – transforming every concept into a unique project where nothing is left to chance.

They define this approach as “Design in Molecules”: an alchemy of elements that combines MAGIC and LOGIC. The success of each design emerges from their disciplined and conscious application of this formula.
