COMPASSO D’ORO AWARD
MENZIONE D’ONORE to the A.B.C.D. armchair designed by Antonio Citterio
FLEXFORM is glad to announce that the international jury of the XXIV Compasso D’oro ADI awarded with MENZIONE D’ONORE - hounorable mention - the A.B.C.D. armchair designed by Antonio Citterio, which was already selected by ADI Design Index 2015. The Award Ceremony took place on June 14th at Palazzo Isimbardi, Milan, where all the products taking part of the XXIV edition of the Award were already displayed. The A.B.C.D. armchair is the re-design of the iconic A.B.C. armchair produced in 1996. The combination of wide squared cushions and their cubic shape defined by a metal frame is one of the project motivations that establishes its new value.
